I have decided to get into shape a million times. Out of those million times, 999,999 times I failed. I mean that makes me over 2700 years old but regardless I have failed miserably. So starting monday (of this week) I am on a 12 week program, and intend to get down to 10% body fat or less for the summer. I will post all of my wins as well as transgressions here. This is more for my accountability than anything else.
